Eventide Family Practice is a family-owned, locally operated clinic proudly serving the Crosby, Texas area for the past 10 years. Led by Nurse Practitioner Sandra Rasbeary, who brings more than 30 years of medical experience beginning her career as a Registered Nurse. Our practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals and families at every stage of life. We believe that good health goes beyond treating illness, which is why we offer a comprehensive range of services, including chronic disease management, preventative care and health screenings, weight-loss support, pre-employment, DOT, and school physicals. At Eventide Family Practice, we strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel like part of our family. Our commitment to the community extends beyond the clinic as well—we proudly partner with charitable organizations and host annual food and toy drives during the holidays to help support local families in need. For 10 years, Eventide Family Practice has been honored to care for our community, and we look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of the families we serve.
Our Practice
At Eventide Family Practice, we believe in investing not only in the health of our community, but also in the future of healthcare. Nurse Practitioner Sandra Rasbeary leads a preceptorship program that provides students with valuable hands-on experience in a real clinical setting. A preceptorship is an educational experience in which a student works alongside an experienced healthcare professional, allowing them to apply the knowledge they have learned in their program while developing practical skills, clinical judgment, and confidence. Through this program, Eventide Family Practice welcomes students from a variety of healthcare programs, including Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, and Certified Nursing Assistant programs. By offering mentorship, guidance, and real-world clinical experience, Sandra is proud to help prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals while fostering a supportive environment where students can learn, grow, and become compassionate caregivers.

With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, Sandra Rasbeary, FNP-C, RN, has dedicated her career to caring for others and serving her community. Beginning her career as a Registered Nurse and continuing her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, Sandra brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and hands-on experience to every patient she serves. As a mother and grandmother herself, Sandra understands the importance of family, and that personal connection is at the heart of her dedication to family medicine. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with the same compassion, respect, and care she would want for her own family. As the heart of Eventide Family Practice, Sandra is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, valued, and supported throughout every stage of their healthcare journey.
