Our Practice
Eventide is a full Service Family Practice Clinic located in Crosby, Texas in the Millennium Center across Main Street from Crosby's Dairy Queen.
Our patients range from 2 year of age and up.
Offering Acute Illness, Cronic Disease management, Weight Loss, Pre-employment, School and DOT physicals.

Sandra is our Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years medical experience with local doctors and hospitals,

Dr. Herrington is an emergency medicine physician working out of Pasadena and Baytown, Texas

We offer work experience to student nurses several times a year. Their internship is very beneficial to both parties.
